 Hello, I’m Alan. A simple nerd and a proud cat dad of two mischievous bastards! I am playing your misunderstood, uptight, spellslinging wizard, Cadence Hollow. I’m a huge fan of anything fantasy, sci-fi, or anything in between. D&D has been a recent introduction in my life, and I’ve only been playing for a few years, but oh, has it consumed my hobbies. To be able to bring your imagination to life and try to derail the DM’s plans at every opportunity, what more could you want from a game. I would say my core start to nerd culture was the Final Fantasy series, and controversially, FF8 is my favourite. At the end of the day, if it’s nerdy, I’ll be interested in it.

• What is your favorite scary movie? Errr, in all honesty, not a big fan of scary films, but if I had to pick one, I would say Dog Soldiers (2002), a good mix of comedy, gore, and werewolves! 

• If you were a D&D monster, what would you choose? Death Knight. Soooo cooooool!!!

• What is your D&D snack of choice? It would be a liquid snack in the shape of a bottle of red wine.
